So Amazon.com seems to have a bit of sexual prejudice these days. I mean if you can’t buy a good rape game on Amazon now, well, what is the world coming to! Just because some freaks want to jizz jam their dual shock 3 playing some surprise sex game is no reason to hate on them!

Amazon recently started promoting their New beta Amazon Game Downloads where you can download and play video games. Pretty cool. But apparently people had issues with a game called “RapeLay” that was being sold by third parties through the Amazon Marketplace. After being reported, Amazon took the game offline.

Rapelay is a game that involves the player stalking victims and then raping them in a virtual world. Players begin the game by stalking a mother on a subway station before violently raping her. They then move on to attack her two daughters described as virgin schoolgirls. After you’ve completed the story mode, the remainder of the game focuses on transforming each hot little number into a devoted sex slave.

Players are also allowed to enter ‘freeform mode’ where they can rape any woman and get other male game characters to join the attacks. Pregnancy and abortion are listed as ‘key features’. One review said: “If she does become pregnant you’re supposed to force her to get an abortion, otherwise she gets more and more visibly pregnant each time you have sex. “If you allow the child to be born then the woman will throw you in front of a train!”

Reviews by gaming websites have expressed horror at the basis for the game. One website review describes “tears glistening in the young girl’s eyes” as she is attacked in graphic detail. Here is a snippet of a review of the game from honestgamers.com (who seem to like games about rape regardless of their name):

“After several painfully tedious minutes, the poor girl runs away in fright, presumably to tattle to the police, a neighbor, or a Junker. Unfortunately, all three women choose to run somewhere secluded where it’s easy to pin them down, tear off their clothes, and anally rape them. There are other options too, such as coerced blowjobs, but none of them are consensual. It all boils down to raping women and jizzing into or across their bodies.

“Sniff… sniff… I w-w-want to die…”

That’s the kind of dialogue you’ll hear after each rape. Then you’ll either snap some quick photographs of their desecrated bodies or rape them again to shut them up. RapeLay contains a lot of rape.

In an attempt to blend actual gameplay with its cutting-edge character models, RapeLay incorporates a flexible sex system that lets you adjust positions, techniques, and vibrator placement. You can even impregnate the women (and then rape them some more). Unfortunately, although saucy schoolgirl Aoi can’t protect her own virginity, she’ll get really, really mad if you knock up her mother or sister. And when Aoi gets mad, she gets lethally violent.”

The game was released in 2006 by Illusion studio, based in Japan. Other titles from the studio include “Battle Raper” and “Artificial Girl.”

If you can still enjoy your gaming without stalking and raping, Amazons Game Downloads is actually kind of cool. Kind of like an Xbox Live for PC.

For those that are curious about RapeLay, I’ve “heard” that it may be found on various torrent sites

Gabe Newell isn’t a pussy anymore. He’s been quoted many times talking down the Playstation 3 and that he had no interest in developing games to work on the system. But we all know he just couldn’t handle the Cell and was affraid to fail miserably.

PS3 owners who were fans of Valve games were either out of luck or kicked in the nads when Gabe gives EA control over PS3 ports. Unfortunately, Sony wasn’t able to talk him into reconsidering developing for the PS3. That is until now. After a bit of of work by Sony Research and Development, they were able to come up with some specs that would intice Gabe and Valve to consider the PS3 a viable system to develop for.

Gabe had considerable control over the new design and Sony, being left out of the cool new games from Valve, gave Gabe and his team full creative control. Curiously, none of the actual sytem specs have been changed in this new premium edition. Rather, and contrary to Sony’s past releases where the newer version was usually much smaller, the new version designed by Gabe is larger than initial release PS3s. In fact, the new version PS3 is 78% larger! The sole reason for the increased size seems to be so they could fit a decal of Gabe Newell on the face of the system as they didn’t need any extra room inside the box since nothing internal has changed. Thankfully it is only a half body shot of Gabe, though.

The other obvious change in the new version is the color. Gabe chose the hot pink for this exciting release and supposedly all other skews will be pulled from the shelves as he doesn’t want any competition at all.

Some other exciting rumors will coincide with the release of the new Playstation 3 version, now officially called the “PS300lb Edition“. For starters, we will likely be seeing some cool new additions to new, enhanced, versions of Valve games exclusively for the PS300lb. For example, expect to see some vehicles in Team Fortress 2 such as the tank shown in this exclusive gameplay screenshot. We assume the colors are to help celebrate the PS300lb but hopefully not all the vehicles will be prettied up.

Also look out for new Left 4 Dead modes including “Shop Till They Drop” where supposedly you are trapped in a mall and rather than shoot the hoarding zombies you have to wander the mall and shop, buying hot new designer dresses and shoes to drop the dead. We are not sure how the play mechanics will work but it sounds interesting. There is also a mode called “Fashion Show” but we were not let in on the details as they are still working it out.

Anyway, for all you Gabe Newell haters out there that coudn’t stop whining about his favoring the 360, now you have something to look forward to.

I feel bad for all those silly gamers that get caught up in the whole RRoD issue for the xbox 360. Yeah, it’s usually the Sony Playstation fanboys rubbing it in, trying to make themselves feel better about themselves and their free multiplayer (sad) and such.

Anyway, I’ve discovered a completely free, absolutely simple process to make sure I never have any RRoD problems with my xbox 360. Let me preface that and explain that my xbox 360 is probably from the very first line of production 360’s as I won my xbox 360 from a Mt.Dew contest back when the xbox 360 was first launching and part of the promotion was that the winners got their 360s before it was possible to even buy them so we had our systems and were playing days before the official launch. So that just goes to show, that even with one of the first builds, if not the first production build, with years of service can easily last without the RRoD that everyone seems to think is some epic product quality failure on Microsoft’s behalf. Sure, the failure rates may be amazingly high and Microsoft may not be owning up to the fact that there were tremendous errors made over and over and because of that consumers were screwed…well, that is opinion. Some people, like me, realize that it’s not Microsoft’s fault and just user error in most cases. How else can I still have my original 360 in perfect working order* after all these years?!

Ok, so what you may be looking for…the foolproof method to make sure your xbox 360 doesn’t RRoD on you regardless of which build you have or how new your 360 is. The answer is to just not play it! simple huh? If you don’t turn it on and play it there is almost no chance you will RRoD**!

Here is what I do. I plan out my two play periods for the year. Once on, or around, my birthday (I don’t play on my birthday if it falls on a Friday because of Microsoft’s advanced technology could interfere or something and cause issues…remember, respect the wizardry and it will respect you). For the second time of the year, I play the day after thanksgiving (also known as black friday) because if you are a true gamer and believer in Microsoft’s advanced strategies you will respect their servers and only play when there is likely less people playing online and you won’t cause any problems. If you don’t support Microsoft and pay for the right to be a -~*GOLD*~- player, well, I’ll get to that later. I don’t play online on my bday though, as I know with the percentage of people that may also share my birthday, who may also be playing, well, like I said, show some respect to the elite servers and don’t waste them on your silly games just because it is your “special day”!

So, as you can see, my method to prevent RRoD (which I still believe is a mythical creation) is just to pace myself and play only in moderation. If you respect Microsoft’s knowledge and marketing prowess, you too will see the reasoning and understand that my method is a surefire way to play the most advanced gaming machine known to man and not destroy it by overusing it. Anyone can do it and everyone should respect the 360 for the gaming royalty it is.

Now, back to gaming online with friends…I’ve heard people whine and complain that Microsoft is ripping people off by charging for games and then charging them again to even be able to play those games with friends online. Well for those people I ask, “what kind of friend are you?!”. I know I don’t want any kind of “friend” who thinks I am only worth playing on a free multiplayer service. The friends I have know I care about them because I have the respect to upgrade to -~*GOLD*~- status before even considering playing with them online. How would you feel if one of your supposed friends called you up and wanted to just play a “quick game of halo 3″ but never showed enough respect to you to upgrade to your level of -~*GOLD*~- status to play with you online? Can you imagine the embarrassment that you have for your “friend” when you have to explain that they should never call you again as you, “can not associate with a lower class player, let alone ‘have fun playing online’ with them?!” You don’t have to imagine because I had to do that to a so-called friend once and it was devastating to deal with when I realized he was just not worth my time anymore. I mean really, why in the world would he even consider playing a game online when all he had was a paltry silver account? And to have the nerve to associate me with that kind of behavior! Thankfully Microsoft, in it’s infinite knowledge, protects me from that kind of filth by not letting them near my online playing goodness. I feel bad for those other free online multiplayer services that let just anyone play with “friends” just because they bought the same game lol.

I mean, I’m only playing online once a year on blackfriday, I really don’t want to waste that time with “friends”, let alone strangers, that can’t have the common decency to become real gamers with -~*GOLD*~-

status.

So there you have it. My foolproof method of keeping your xbox 360 in perfect working order and how to be a real gamer and prevent the RRoD that all those noobs are complaing about. They are probably silver members anyway so no wonder why they can’t keep their 360s working kikiki.

* although it was working fine during the last “play time” I won’t be able to officially check the current status until my next scheduled play period which is still several months away.

** at this time I don’t believe there is a chance for RRoD if your xbox 360 is turned off but I can’t guarantee my method will work 100% of the time as there may eventually be mandatory system updates that will automatically give you the latest and greatest Microsoft wizards have created and some users, who usually don’t know what they are doing, end up “bricking” their 360s because they don’t respect the power of Microsoft’s technology. Some of this insanely advanced technology may eventually include upgrading your system even while it is turned off and disconnected and if you happen to not respect the power you may cause it’s failure. Just have faith and you will be fine.
